Employee Rewards and Recognition
Enable companies to reward employees for the purpose of appreciation and positive incentivisation, in a streamlined manner through the issuance and redemption of rewards from a wide merchant network .
Please review all requirements. Your solution must meet all 🔴 mandatory requirements to qualify.

Can your solution allow for cloud based, mobile based and/or web-based usage?

Employee Rewards and Recognition Does your solution allow the company to perform the following functions? a. Create and edit occasions for Rewards and Recognition (e.g., Achieving KPIs, Events Attendance, Long Service Award, etc.) in the system b. Allow employers to award points, or a dollar value, to employees (both on an ad-hoc basis or upon the above occasions), and send words of appreciation which can be tagged to the core values of the company c. Allow employees to utilise points, or a dollar value, to redeem Rewards from a large merchant network across a wide range of industries (e.g, Retail, F&B, Recreation, etc.). This network should include minimally 100 merchants offering rewards that can be redeemed in Singapore. d. Provide a posting board to announce appreciations

Provide individual employee and employer admin dashboards to view and track the points awarded, redeemed and the balance points b. Analytics or reports related to the utilisation of rewards c. Other rewards and recognition reports

Does your solution allow for download/export of dashboards and reports?

Does your solution automate the awarding of points at key milestones (e.g., Work Anniversary, Birthday, Completion of Survey, etc.)

Has your company engaged a qualified 3rd party to conduct a security vulnerability assessment of your solution in the last 12 months? If you are a reseller of the solution, please verify with your product principal that they have conducted a security vulnerability assessment of their solution by a qualified 3rd party in the last 12 months. If Yes, please indicate the name of the 3rd party assessor and date of the assessment test in the comment field. Note: [1] Qualified 3rd party include Cybersecurity companies accredited under Accreditation@SGD Programme; CREST-Certified companies or companies with equivalent certifications. Example of equivalent certifications can include, but not limited to: Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP); EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ESCA [V10]); GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) and etc [2] Vendors need to submit vulnerability assessment report (dated maximum 1 year ago from checklist submission date) in the online submission portal. The submission will be rejected if vendors are unable to provide this documentation within 1 month from checklist submission date. [3] Vendors who cannot fulfil point [1] and [2] will be rejected
