Can your solution allow for cloud based, mobile based and/or web-based usage? Note: Definition of Applicant Tracking & Sourcing System The Applicant Tracking & Sourcing System helps companies organise candidates for hiring and recruitment purposes. These systems allow businesses to collect information, organise prospects based on experience and skill set, and filter applicants. While these systems are excellent for storing candidate information, the best systems can track all communications with candidates.

Recruitment Module Does your solution come with a Recruitment Module which allows company to perform the following functions? a. create/edit new job hire positions with approval workflows b. update and track candidate application status (eg. New, Shortlisted, Scheduled, Interviewed, Offered, Rejected and etc) c. Sending job offers to candidates via the system d. Allow the posting of jobs to multiple job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Jobstreet, MyCareersFuture, IHLs) e. Allow the customisation of application form questions, and accept document uploads from candidates f. Allow the sending of customised emails with templates provided (i.e., for scheduling of interview, job offer, rejection, etc.) to multiple candidates at a time, and determine privacy settings (i.e. HR can determine level of information visible to hiring managers and peer interviewers). g. Allow tagging of candidates and making notes on candidate in the system

Does your solution allow viewing of calendars of hiring managers and to generate meeting links on meeting platforms (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet) within the system, for seamless scheduling of interviews?

Has your company engaged a qualified 3rd party to conduct a security vulnerability assessment of your solution in the last 12 months? If you are a reseller of the solution, please verify with your product principal that they have conducted a security vulnerability assessment of their solution by a qualified 3rd party in the last 12 months. If Yes, please indicate the name of the 3rd party assessor and date of the assessment test in the comment field. Note: [1] Qualified 3rd party include Cybersecurity companies accredited under Accreditation@SGD Programme; CREST-Certified companies or companies with equivalent certifications. Example of equivalent certifications can include, but not limited to: Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP); EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ESCA [V10]); GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) and etc [2] Vendors need to submit vulnerability assessment report (dated maximum 1 year ago from checklist submission date) in the online submission portal. The submission will be rejected if vendors are unable to provide this documentation within 1 month from checklist submission date. [3] Vendors who cannot fulfil point [1] and [2] will be rejected
