18.01🔴

Gen AI Solutions in this category must be able to utilise GenAI functionality to understand the company's marketing and/or sales requirements and generate new and relevant content (text, images, videos, audio, reports etc) based on the context. Such solutions are typically based on Large Language Model(s), Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs), Text-Image Model, etc (may be proprietary or otherwise). Solutions which generate templated marketing or sales content and which are unable to adapt its outputs based on the company's inputs/prompts do not qualify for this solution category.

Risk mitigation briefing Does the vendor commit to conducting a briefing (online or in-person) for each potential client before client purchases the solution, to ensure that each client is aware of the risks associated with using the Generative AI solution for its business (e.g. accuracy, bias, reliability, toxicity, IP infringement, privacy etc), and the best practices to mitigate these risks (e.g. setting escalation criteria, out-of-bounds markers etc)? Note: 1) Vendors must adequately brief SME participants on these associated risks to ensure responsible Gen AI solution usage. Vendors will also be required to secure SMEs’ acknowledgement of the associated risks before provisioning the solution (e.g. via the customer quotation / contract 2) Vendors may also consider offering documentation or further information about their models’ training data to their clients. Provide the briefing materials (e.g. slides, pre-recorded video) which will be used to brief each client on the risks of using the Generative AI solution, and risk mitigation measures. 3) Provide a template of the customer quotation / contract where each client's acknowledgement of this briefing will be secured.

Set-up and user platform/interface a) Does your solution enable the company to perform the following functions during set-up and usage? • Upload company-specific knowledge base, brand voice and image, and requirements in varied formats (e.g. brand guide, sample marketing/sales materials, marketing brief etc) to contextualize generated outputs;

b) Can your solution fulfil at least ONE of the following below? • (for sales & marketing asset generation) Create sales & marketing assets tailored for the different audience groups; • (for market research) Define market research parameters and organise/manage the generated insights/reports on a single dashboard; Note: The solution platform & interface should be tailored specifically to support the company in achieving marketing-/sales-focused outcomes (i.e. should not be a general-purpose, non-specialised tool for content generation).

Solution capabilities Does your solution demonstrate at least THREE of the following capabilities adequately? • Short-form or long-form copywriting (text) generation and writing optimization; • Visual or audio content generation (images, animations, videos, music etc); • Ability to customise and personalise marketing collaterals or sales outreach (e.g. emails) based on customers profile and requirements; • Ability to convert marketing & sales content from one format to another (e.g. blog post to video; image to product description etc); • Tools to facilitate development and/or evaluation of new marketing & sales campaign concepts, content ideas, or product innovations; • Tools to improve effectiveness of marketing or sales content generated (e.g. SEO research and optimization, A/B Testing etc); • Ability to perform market research on consumer audiences or competitors and track market trends in real-time; • Generate actionable insights in the form of dashboards or research reports to enhance marketing or sales campaigns

Training and self-learning Can your solution be trained to improve the quality and relevance of content generated? For example: • Reinforcement learning based on automated performance tracking/analytics of the published marketing or sales content • Learning whenever a human agent manually edits the generated content, or refines the original prompt / layers on additional instructions to improve the generated content • Manual "supervised" training based on user ratings of the generated content

Analytics and reporting Can your solution track performance of the published marketing or sales content (e.g. user interactions with social media content; sales conversion rates) on a single dashboard, and generate reports on key performance metrics or customer/market insights?

Languages Can your solution support content generation or market research in more than ONE language, other than English? (e.g. Simplified/Traditional Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, Tamil etc)

Safeguards against IP infringement Does your solution include in-built safeguards against IP infringement (e.g. Plagiarism Checker)?

Security Vulnerability Assessment Has your company had a security vulnerability assessment of your solution conducted by a qualified third party within the last 12 months? If you are a reseller of the solution, please confirm with your product principal that they have had a security vulnerability assessment of their solution conducted by a qualified third party within the last 12 months. If the answer is yes, please provide the name of the third-party assessor and the date of the assessment test in the comment field. Note: [1] Qualified 3rd party include Cybersecurity companies accredited under Accreditation@SGD Programme; CREST-Certified companies or companies with equivalent certifications. Example of equivalent certifications can include, but not limited to: Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP); EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ESCA [V10]); GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) and etc [2] Vendors need to submit vulnerability assessment report (dated maximum 1 year ago from checklist submission date) in the online submission portal. The submission will be rejected if vendors are unable to provide this documentation within 1 month from checklist submission date. [3] Vendors who cannot fulfil point [1] and [2] will be rejected.
