Note: Please specify in the comments section the number and names of e-commerce platforms that the solution has already been integrated with.

Listing and catalog management Can the solution allow for the creation and modification of product listings (e.g. product details like price, product description, product variations, product images) across channels, and enable the uploading of multiple product listings at once while adhering to each channel's specific requirements?

Data Can the solution fetch data such as product listings, order details, and delivery status from the enterprise's accounts on their existing e-commerce channels, as well as pass data from the solution to the integrated e-commerce channels?

Inventory management and synchronisation Can the solution set up inventory product details (e.g. weight, size, variations), upload multiple inventory products, track inventory levels across various channels, and synchronize them as sales are made?

Analytics and reporting Can the solution track sales and performance across multiple channels on a single dashboard, and generate reports on key performance metrics and insights (e.g. sales, transactions, and order volumes)?

Marketing and campaign management Does your solution have the ability to manage campaigns and digital marketing activities, such as creating and executing onsite (e.g. promotions, gift with purchase, flash sale on marketplaces) and/or offsite marketing campaigns (e.g. paid media ads, search ads) for the e-commerce channels?

Has your company had a security vulnerability assessment of your solution conducted by a qualified third party within the last 12 months? If you are a reseller of the solution, please confirm with your product principal that they have had a security vulnerability assessment of their solution conducted by a qualified third party within the last 12 months. If the answer is yes, please provide the name of the third-party assessor and the date of the assessment test in the comment field. Note: [1] Qualified 3rd party include Cybersecurity companies accredited under Accreditation@SGD Programme; CREST-Certified companies or companies with equivalent certifications. Example of equivalent certifications can include, but not limited to: Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP); EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ESCA [V10]); GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) and etc [2] Vendors need to submit vulnerability assessment report (dated maximum 1 year ago from checklist submission date) in the online submission portal. The submission will be rejected if vendors are unable to provide this documentation within 1 month from checklist submission date. [3] Vendors who cannot fulfil point [1] and [2] will be rejected.
