Digital Marketing Campaigns a) Does your package include the execution of at least 2 digital marketing campaigns? Examples of possible digital marketing campaign include and not limited to: o Social media campaigns (e.g. Facebook, Instagram Ads) o Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) o In-platform campaigns, Ad campaigns, Livestream b) Does your digital marketing campaign commit to certain KPI/ROI? Examples of KPI/ROI include: o ROAS (sales revenue), Number of leads generated, Impressions, and engagements c) Does your package include the utilisation of analytics tools, software and platform for campaign performance tracking and optimisation? Examples include: o Google analytics and relevant plugins, Facebook analytics Note: The following items should be excluded from the package and vendors should not advertise or market any non-supportable items for free - Advertising cost e.g. ppc, ad buy on online or offline platforms, buying likes, influencer fees, including management fee of ad buy* - Outbound marketing costs e.g. outsourced telemarketing services, email subscriptions, purchase of marketing database - Third-party website hosting, maintenance, SSL costs - Purchase of hardware e.g. for livestreaming - Third-party training courses *Advertising is part of the package, but its related costs are not supportable by the grant and shall be borne by SMEx Please provide a detailed write up of the services rendered for campaign execution ⢠Provide proposal for digital marketing campaign packages with agencyās target ROAS (or equivalent proxies to demonstrate ROI). The packages can be specific to SME target segment/industries and should be supported by samples of past work. The packages should also indicate clear timelines. ⢠Digital marketing packages should include creation of digital assets with detailed breakdown of each unit of item ⢠Demonstration of past KPI achieved such as ROAS (or equivalent) with supporting examples from past portfolios ⢠Please use this Excel file to submit your packages. You may create up to 5 packages. Please provide a campaign report* with the key components below with supporting examples from past portfolios ⢠Campaign details ⢠Campaign outcomes based on objectives and KPIs ⢠Review and recommendations based on analysis of campaign data.
