3️⃣Stage 3: Evaluation

This stage helps you understand the evaluation process and learn essential tips and best practices to ensure a smooth evaluation process

Once you have submitted all documents and application via Vendor Management Portal, you will be subjected to an evaluation.

If you have incomplete submission, you will

·i) perform clarifications to officers queries

a. Officer may request additional information on the your financials, conduct interview with ICM Vendor’s key management to understand its business model and solution, and may contact the 5 existing SMEs using the solution to further understand about the use case.

b. Officer will notify and issue a notice of rejection if your submission does not meet the eligibility criteria; or is incomplete [e.g. lacking documents, failure to meet submission deadlines].

ii) perform Technical Demonstration, when requested

a. You may be invited to conduct a solution demonstration session to showcase the proposed solution(s). The solution demonstration shall be concise, cover key features of the solution including how the solution can help SMEs to improve productivity in their business operations or processes. If feasible, you shall demonstrate live features of the solution running on the intended hardware and network environment (where applicable).

Once your evaluation is completed, for Eligible ICM Vendor who have either

a. demonstrated how the proposed solution(s) have met the solution requirements; or

b. given an exemption to skip the demonstration session

You will need to understand SMEs Go Digital Pre-Approval “Terms and Conditions” document and your application will be put forth for approval.
