Can your solution allow for cloud based, mobile based and/or web-based usage? Note: Definition of Sales & Marketing Automation solution A Customer Relationship Management system is a system used to capture customer and prospect information, identify sales leads, generate sales funnel and manage marketing campaigns. This solution must cater to the sales needs of the entire business operations Solution must be usable by a wide segment of SMEs, and not specific to SMEs in a specific industry/sector. [1] The funding support for this category is only for the functions stated in below requirements. [2] For avoidance of doubt, solutions that bundled with other functions not defined in below requirements where the non-supportable modules are more than 30% of the solution, are not eligible. [3] Marketplace platform with CRM module will not be eligible.

Appointment Scheduling Does your solution come with an online Appointment Scheduling function that allow prospects to access an online calendar to schedule/edit/cancel appointments?

E-mail Integration Does your solution come with e-mail integration that automatically/manually tag e-mails to accounts/activities? Note: [1] Funding support is only for e-mail integration, not for e-mail subscription.

Alert System Does your solution come with configuration alerts that remind employees of potential missed deadlines, missed leads or other items?

Leads Prioritisation Does your solution come with leads prioritisation that automatically analyse a lead and decide how qualified it is based on metrics such as the number of employees, industry, or revenue?

Marketing Campaigns Management Does your solution come with Campaign module which allows company to perform the following functions? a. setup/edit of new campaigns to target leads or customers with segmentation options (Examples of campaigns not limited to email newsletters, autoresponders, surveys, web landing page and automatically personalized campaigns across mobile and social media channels) b. designer tool to design campaigns with personalisation options c. Track campaigns effectiveness (eg. number of click throughs, number of emails opened, measure ROI from campaigns etc)

Social Media Campaign Module Does your solution come with Social Media Campaign module which integrates social media with marketing campaigns to monitor social media feeds, track contact social activity and interact with leads from the CRM?

Events to Sales Module Does your solution come with Events to Sales module which manages events and translate event results into sales with functions such as contacting attendees with invitations and follow-ups, and perform sales activities, such as organizing a meeting, and generating reports related to such events.

Has your company engaged a qualified 3rd party to conduct a security vulnerability assessment of your solution in the last 12 months? If you are a reseller of the solution, please verify with your product principal that they have conducted a security vulnerability assessment of their solution by a qualified 3rd party in the last 12 months. If Yes, please indicate the name of the 3rd party assessor and date of the assessment test in the comment field. Note: [1] Qualified 3rd party include Cybersecurity companies accredited under Accreditation@SGD Programme; CREST-Certified companies or companies with equivalent certifications. Example of equivalent certifications can include, but not limited to: Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP); EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ESCA [V10]); GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) and etc [2] Vendors need to submit vulnerability assessment report (dated maximum 1 year ago from checklist submission date) in the online submission portal. The submission will be rejected if vendors are unable to provide this documentation within 1 month from checklist submission date. [3] Vendors who cannot fulfil point [1] and [2] will be rejected
