General setup Does your solution enable the company to perform the following functions? • Setup admin and user accounts for all employees • Setup/edit business units for different employee categories (e.g. geography, division, tenure) • Allow scheduling interface to be customizable by administrator • Allow integration to current HRMS system (through API Integration)

2.02 🔴

Roster scheduling Does your solution enable the company to perform the following functions? • Grants access to all employees for mobile based, web-based and cloud based usage • Track overall scheduling and generate attendance and overtime reports • Push messages/notifications to employees automatically of own work shift • Prompt/reminds users of scheduling updates

Dashboard and reports Does your solution come with a Dashboard and Reports Module which enables company to perform the following functions? • Dashboard showing overall scheduling status, attendance and overtime report • Generation of attendance and overtime reports Note: [1] List all the reports related to this point

Able to keep a record of the company’s staff and corresponding skillsets in order to support the deployment of relevant staff to affected job functions during peak periods

Has your company engaged a qualified 3rd party to conduct a security vulnerability assessment of your solution in the last 12 months? If you are a reseller of the solution, please verify with your product principal that they have conducted a security vulnerability assessment of their solution by a qualified 3rd party in the last 12 months. If Yes, please indicate the name of the 3rd party assessor and date of the assessment test in the comment field. Note: [1] Qualified 3rd party include Cybersecurity companies accredited under Accreditation@SGD Programme; CREST-Certified companies or companies with equivalent certifications. Example of equivalent certifications can include, but not limited to: Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP); EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ESCA [V10]); GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) and etc [2] Vendors need to submit vulnerability assessment report (dated maximum 1 year ago from checklist submission date) in the online submission portal.
