Can your solution allow for cloud based, mobile based and/or web-based usage? Note: Definition of E-loyalty & Marketing Automation The solution allows companies to manage their customers through membership and loyalty program. Companies may set up campaigns or event-based marketing, and promotions. The e-loyalty CRM solution offers loyalty rewards, discounts, and other special incentives designed to reward customer's repeat business. [1] The funding support for this category is only for the functions stated in below requirements. [2] For avoidance of doubt, functions not defined in the solution category should be no more than 30% of the solution, and are not eligible for PSG support.

Marketing Management Does your solutions comes with Campaign Module which allows company to perform the following functions; a. Set up /edit one -time Campaigns to target members via email or SMS with segmentation and scheduling options b. Set up/ edit automated campaigns to target members via email or SMS with segmentation and scheduling options (ie. Auto -Triggering Birthdays messages to members during members birthday, Auto triggering reminder messages to members who have not been visiting for more than x number of months c. Email template or SMS template builder to design and create campaign messages. e. Tracking of Campaign performance such as Open rate, click through rate etc. Note: [1] SMS charges will not be supported by grant.

Has your company engaged a qualified 3rd party to conduct a security vulnerability assessment of your solution in the last 12 months? If you are a reseller of the solution, please verify with your product principal that they have conducted a security vulnerability assessment of their solution by a qualified 3rd party in the last 12 months. If Yes, please indicate the name of the 3rd party assessor and date of the assessment test in the comment field. Note: [1] Qualified 3rd party include Cybersecurity companies accredited under Accreditation@SGD Programme; CREST-Certified companies or companies with equivalent certifications. Example of equivalent certifications can include, but not limited to: Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP); EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ESCA [V10]); GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) and etc [2] Vendors need to submit vulnerability assessment report (dated maximum 1 year ago from checklist submission date) in the online submission portal.
