Needs Analysis Does your service include a robust methodology for the assessment of SME’s current state of company’s internal HR processes to determine those that could be best outsourced? *Capped at 1 man-day Note: [1] Vendor must submit one needs analysis report for each of the 5 satisfied customers. [2] Vendor must submit the overall methodology of the HRSS process. [3] Vendor can submit all the additional documents under "Other supporting documents"

HR Administrative Support & Payroll Processing via a HRMS Does your service include HR Administrative Support & Payroll processing via a HRMS with all the modules below? • Employee data module (i.e Maintain and update employee data) • Attendance & leave module (i.e Manage attendance and leave (tracking & reports) • Payroll module (i.e Prepare MOM itemized pay slips and payroll reports, E-payment of salaries to staff, assist in yearly IRAS filing, policy and statutory compliance) • Claims module (i.e Process expense, benefit and medical claims) Note: [1] Vendor should state the HRMS software used to deliver this service.

If your company is offering a HRMS solution, has your company engaged a qualified 3rd party to conduct a security vulnerability assessment of the HRMS solution in the last 12 months? If you are a reseller of the HRMS solution, please verify with your product principal that they have conducted a security vulnerability assessment of their solution by a qualified 3rd party in the last 12 months. If Yes, please indicate the name of the 3rd party assessor and date of the assessment test in the comment field. Note: [1] Qualified 3rd party include Cybersecurity companies accredited under Accreditation@SGD Programme; CREST-Certified companies or companies with equivalent certifications. Example of equivalent certifications can include, but not limited to: Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP); EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ESCA [V10]); GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) and etc [2] Vendors need to submit vulnerability assessment report (dated maximum 1 year ago from checklist submission date) in the online submission portal. The submission will be rejected if vendors are unable to provide this documentation within 1 month from checklist submission date. [3] Vendors who cannot fulfil point [1] and [2] will be rejected.
