Solution Information and Details
In this section, you'll provide key information about your solution

1: Sector and Category
Start by selecting your sector and the corresponding solution category that best fits your offering. Once you select a solution category, a description will appear and you can perform a simple verification to determine if your solution can fit, otherwise if you are unsure visit "Identify suitable solution category" section.
For example, if you choose CRM, you'll see: "Identifies and tracks sales opportunities, assigns leads to sales reps, sets up sales targets, generates quotations, sets up customers and generates detailed sales reports."
2: Solution Name
Enter your solution name.
The solution name should match exactly with what appears on your invoices and/or vulnerability assessment reports. Avoid special characters intended to manipulate search rankings (such as prefixing with numbers like "01XXXXX") as it will not be accepted.
3:Description
Provide a 500 characters(including spaces and punctuations) description that explains your solution as you would to potential customers. This description will appear in public listings, so please write carefully, avoid spelling errors and proofread before submitting.
Your description should cover what your solution does, its key benefits and features, what problems it solves, and how it works. Write in third-person voice (avoid "we" or "our"), keep it factual without promotional language, and present it as a single paragraph.
Refer to IMDA CTOaaS to understand how other similar solutions are worded
4: Provider Type
Indicate whether you are the principal provider or a reseller of this solution.
A principal provider is the original developer or owner of the solution who has full control over its features, pricing, and support.
A reseller is a third party who sells the solution on behalf of the principal provider but does not own or develop the solution itself.
5: Payment Mode
Finally, select how customers will pay for your solution [Select all that apply]:
Direct purchase refers to a one-time payment where the SME fully owns the solution with no further payments required to maintain ownership. For example, hardware, on-prem solution
Subscription/leasing refers to ongoing payments that SMEs must make to maintain usage rights - when the subscription ends, SMEs lose access unless they renew their subscription. For example, cloud based SaaS solutions
Tick both boxes if your solution has both hardware and cloud based SasS subscription. For example, fleet management SasS solution that provides cameras and GPS tracker as hardware.

Label each screenshot clearly against the corresponding checklist requirement and sequence them according to the checklist order.
7: Usage Report
Provide a sample usage report for BGP claims verification purposes (maximum file size: 10 MB).
This can be generated from your solution or shown as screenshots that evidence solution usage by your users. Examples include user activity logs, accounts receivable reports, employee attendance reports, sales reports, or transaction listings.
8: Sample Terms and Conditions
Upload your Terms and Conditions document (maximum file size: 10 MB) that covers service terms, user obligations, and commercial arrangements for offering the solution to customers.
