Application Declaration and Terms

Before submitting your SMEs Go Digital Pre-Approval application, please carefully review the following declaration and terms that you will be required to accept.

Understanding Your Application

Submitting this application does not guarantee approval or create any obligations on IMDA's part. Your application will be evaluated based on the Programme Requirements, and only successful applicants will receive a Letter of Appointment to become SMEs Go Digital Pre-Approval Vendors.

What You're Declaring

By submitting your application, you confirm that:

Your company information and supporting documents are accurate, true, and complete. You also commit to promptly notifying IMDA of any changes that affect the information in your application.

Additionally, you declare that your company has not, in the last 5 years, been involved in criminal proceedings, regulatory disciplinary actions, civil suits, bankruptcy, winding up, or judicial management in any jurisdiction.

Information Sharing and Consent

You consent to IMDA sharing your application information with other public agencies for policy analysis and with external auditors as needed for assessment purposes.

Terms and Conditions

Your application confirms that you have read and agreed to the SMEs Go Digital Pre-Approval Terms and Conditions and Guide, available on IMDA's website. If approved, these documents will form a legally binding agreement with IMDA.

Electronic Acceptance

Clicking "I have read, understood and accepted the above" and submitting your application constitutes electronic acceptance of these terms. The agreement becomes effective upon IMDA's approval of your application. Please note that if IMDA does not approve your application within one year of submission, the agreement will lapse automatically.
