# Grant Corppass Access

1. **Registration: CorpPass Access Setup**

You must have Corppass Admin rights to configure [**CorpPass**](http://www.corppass.gov.sg/) access before your employees can use the portal.

**Required Action** Navigate to [CorpPass](http://www.corppass.gov.sg/) and grant "SMEs Go Digital" e-Service to authorised employees who will be accessing the vendor portal. This step is essential to ensure your team members have the necessary permissions to use the system.

**Step 1:** You will need to **Select Entity's e-Services** and locate "SMEs Go Digital"

**Step 2**: You will need to Assign Selected e-services to your users and set Authorisation Effective Date. Select today's date.

**Optional**: You can set an authorisation expiry date for employees holding this role for submission of new applications, change requests, or annual reviews of your pre-approved solutions. This is good practice as employees may not remain with your company indefinitely. If you forget to remove their access when they leave, the expiry date will automatically block access. However, you will need to extend the expiry date if the employee still requires continued access.

**FAQ**

**Q**: **What should I do when a representative leaves my company?**

**A**: You must promptly remove departing or departed representatives from your CorpPass account to protect your organisation's confidential information and maintain security compliance. This removal process must be completed manually through the CorpPass system and should be done as soon as possible after the representative's departure to prevent any potential unauthorised access to sensitive business data.

**Q: What if I have missed this step to remove Corppass access when a representative leaves my company?**

**A:** Failing to remove Corppass access promptly means the former employee may retain unauthorised access to your company's VMP account, posing a potential security risk. Please remove their access via the Corppass portal immediately and review any recent submissions or changes to your account to ensure no unauthorised actions have been taken

**Q: I am certain I have granted Corppass access to my representative and have not revoked it. Why is my representative still unable to access VMP?**

**A:** Please check if an Authorisation Expiry Date has been set for your representative's Corppass access and whether it has already lapsed. If so, you will need to update or renew their access via the Corppass portal.
