Your Company Profile contains three main sections plus an Update History for comprehensive account management.
Create InvoiceNow Account Shows business details from ACRA registration, InvoiceNow account information, and billing details. Update this section when your ACRA BizFile information changes.
Point of Contact(POC) Shows your two designated primary contacts who receive all official communications. Update promptly when personnel change to maintain security compliance.
Financial InformationShows your company's Total Assets and Total Liabilities from the latest fiscal year. Submit updated financial information via change request to maintain pre-approval status during Annual Review or new submissions.
Q: What is the difference between "Edit" and "Change Request" in the Company Profile?
A: The key difference lies in whether the update requires IMDA's review.
"Edit" is used for administrative updates that do not require approval, such as changing your Point of Contact details. These changes take effect immediately upon saving.
"Change Request" is used for updates to critical information that require IMDA's evaluation, such as changes to Directors, Financial Information. These changes will remain as "Draft" or "Pending Evaluation" until approved by an officer.
