Financial Information
This page displays your company's last declared Total Assets and Total Liabilities, Current Assets and Current Liabilities from your most recent fiscal year.
For New Profile creation, you will need to provide three years of financial statements (the latest year plus the previous two years). If your company has been incorporated for less than three years, you may provide fewer statements covering the period since incorporation.
Why This Matters Your financial information is crucial for maintaining your vendor status and eligibility for new submission.
Your Responsibilities Submit updated financial information through a change request whenever:
Your fiscal year data changes
Annual Review Process begins
You submit new applications with outdated financial data
Keeping this information current ensures your pre-approval status remains valid and prevents delays in application processing.
Process to submit a new Financial Statement for our review
Fill in Total Assets, Total Liabilities, Current Assets, Current Liabilities

Fields
Financial Data Entry Enter your Total Assets, Total Liabilities, Current Assets, and Current Liabilities using figures from your most recent uploaded financial statement. The system will automatically calculate your Current Ratio and Total Net Equity based on these values.
When Justification is Required You must provide written justification if your Total Net Equity is negative or your Current Ratio falls below 1. However, if your Current Liabilities are zero, no justification is needed as the current ratio calculation becomes mathematically undefined.
Eligibility and Approval While our standard eligibility criteria require a current ratio of 1 or higher and positive total net equity, you may still submit applications that don't meet these financial thresholds. Please note that applications falling short of these requirements may not be approved, though each case will be reviewed individually.
Upload financial statement
Upload a financial statement with a file name FS YYYY.PDF or MR YYYY.PDF. eg FY 2024.PDF
Refer to File Upload Requirements if you meet any issues.

Financial Statement Upload Upload your financial statements as PDF files only. Name your files using the format [FS or MR] followed by the year, such as "FS 2025". Ensure your financial period end date is within 608 days (approximately 20 months) of today's date.
Important: Financial statements must comply with all standard file upload requirements, including the 10MB file size limit and proper file naming conventions. For complete details on file formats, naming rules, and upload guidelines, please refer to File Upload Requirements .
Financial Period End Date: You can only upload the latest financial statements that are at most 20 months old and explain in description why your latest financial statement is more than 12 months old.
For vendors who are unable to meet this criteria, please submit additional financial information and attach supporting documents here
