Point of Contact(POC)

This page allows you to designate representatives who will serve as your primary communication channels with IMDA.

What POCs Receive Your designated POCs will receive all official communications, system updates, event invitations, and important announcements from IMDA.

Your Responsibilities Ensure all listed POCs are current employees of your organisation. Remove access for any departing staff members promptly to maintain security compliance.

Access Requirements IMDA CTOaaS access is only necessary for POCs who need to manage applications and access the Vendor Management Portal. For POCs requiring portal access, they must complete the separate access setup process outlined below.

Important Note Simply updating contact details on this page does not automatically grant or remove Vendor Portal Management access. Portal access requires additional configuration steps.

How to make changes to the Point of Contact?

Press Edit, make the changes and press Save Changes button. There is no approval process required for this change.
