**UEN Change Process**

&#x20;If you are planning a company structure change (e.g., from LLP to Pte Ltd) or directorship changes, please inform us in advance by emailing <smes_go_Digital@imda.gov.sg> with the details outlined below. **Please note that a brand new application will be required in such cases.**

**Company Name Change Process**

**If you are planning a company name change:** Please give us advance notice by emailing <smes_go_Digital@imda.gov.sg> before proceeding with the change. After completing the name change with ACRA, send us the updated ACRA file as we need to update all government portals to reflect the new company name.

**If you have already changed your company name without prior notice:** Please write to us at <smes_go_Digital@imda.gov.sg> and attach the updated ACRA file. As we have automatic synchronisation with ACRA, the Vendor Management Portal (VMP) will automatically update to reflect your new company name.

**Check on Vendor Management Portal**&#x20;

Log into the Vendor Management Portal and retrieve your Company Profile. The system automatically synchronises with ACRA weekly to capture any updates, so your new company name should appear automatically.&#x20;

**Contact us only if changes aren't reflected** If the updates don't appear in the portal, use the original email thread with us on the previous changes to inform us to conduct a check.
