Pricing and Packages Changes
If you need to make changes to your pricing or packages, please follow the guidance below based on your specific scenario:
1. Delete or Shift Package Order
Package Deletion: You can delete packages through the system. Please provide your reason for deletion in the Reason for Change field.
Example: "I would like to delete package 3 [Package name] because one of the preferred modules [name] is no longer available for SME packages" or "This package is unpopular amongst SMEs."
Package Order Changes: Shifting package order is generally not allowed.
2. Minor Price Adjustments or Scope of Work Changes
For small price increases or decreases, or minor changes to scope of work, indicate your changes using this format:
"The changes in package 2 are [describe changes]. The reasons are [provide justification]. The changes in package 3 are [describe changes]. The reasons are [provide justification]."
Example: "The changes in package 2 [Package Name] are reduced unit price of software licences from $2,000 to $1,000 and increased setup man days by 0.5 man days. The reasons are xxxxxxx.
The changes in package 3 [Package Name] are reduced unit price of software licences from $2,000 to $1,000, increased setup man days by 0.5 man days, and increased training man days by 0.5 man days. The reasons are xxxxxxx."
3. Major Package Overhaul
If you're making substantial changes where the entire package details are different, indicate your changes using this format:
"The changes in package [number] are [describe all major changes]. The reasons are [provide justification]."
4. Multiple Changes
You can make multiple changes (including deletion, price adjustments, and major package overhauls) in one change request. Simply follow the instructions for each type of change and include all details in the Reason for Change field using the format:
"The changes in package [number] are [describe changes]. The reasons are [provide justification]."
Updated Sample Documents Required
If changes affect your most complex package: β’ Regenerate and re-upload the sample quotation and invoice in the designated fields β’ Mention in the Reason for Change field that you have updated these documents
If changes affect other packages (not the most complex): β’ Upload new sample quotations and invoices for the affected packages in "Additional Supporting Documents" β’ Clearly label these files (e.g., "Updated Package 2 Quotation", "Updated Package 2 Invoice") β’ Mention in the Reason for Change field which packages have new sample documents
Required Documentation
For all pricing and package changes, attach supporting documents in the "Additional Supporting Documents" section under Solution Information and Details.
