🖥️ **Digital Marketing (Websites, Emails, Ads)**

**What to use:** Pre-approved Lockup + Your assigned UTM link + Required text

**Required text:** *"SMEs are eligible for up to 50% Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) support for the adoption of \[solution name], a Pre-Approved Solution under the IMDA SMEs Go Digital programme."*

**Minimum lockup size:** 40px wide

🖨️ **Print Marketing (Brochures, Banners)**

**What to use:** Pre-approved Lockup for print use  + Your assigned QR code + Required text

**Required text:** Same as above

**Minimum size:** 35mm wide

✅ **Quick Rules**

**DO:**

* Use the exact lockup as it is (don't change colours/fonts)
* Use the write up as it is (don’t change the phrasing except for inserting your solution name)
* Keep pre-approved solutions separate from other non-pre-approved solutions and/or grants

**DON'T:**

* Say "50% discount" or "endorsed by IMDA"
* Use lockup of IMDA logo in your email sign off
* Put logo on busy backgrounds
* Mix approved and non-approved solutions

**Required:** [Fill out Vendor Compliance Declaration Form](https://form.gov.sg/698d92e9d362ebb5c91e02c7) to acknowledge you will be compliant with the required guidelines, and you use the lockup and write up as is

* One form per batch of marketing materials
* New form needed for each new set of collaterals

* Submit artwork 5 days before use for approval

Q: **Why does the UTM links to Go Digital Advisor page  instead of my solution?**

A: According to IMDA's guidelines, the lockup must hyperlink back to the SMEs Go Digital **Go Digital Advisor** webpage. This is a mandatory requirement for all vendors using the IMDA Pre-Approved Solution lockup. Your unique UTM link is provided for tracking purposes while maintaining this required destination.

**Q: Can I use the IMDA logo or the "SMEs Go Digital" logo on my company's general corporate stationery and business cards?**

**A:** No, the use of the IMDA logo and the "SMEs Go Digital" logo is not permitted. You are only authorised to use the "Pre-Approved" logo provided in the marketing kit, and strictly in direct association with your specific pre-approved solution. The logo should not be used on general corporate assets such as name cards, email signatures, or letterheads, as this may imply that your company as a whole is IMDA-approved, which would be misleading.

**Q: We want to run a campaign stating we are "The Only IMDA Certified Vendor" for our category. Is this allowed?**

**A:** No, this is not permitted, even if you are currently the only pre-approved vendor in your category. The pre-approved vendor landscape may change at any time as new vendors are onboarded, and such claims could be misleading. Superlative or exclusivity claims such as "the only," "the best," or "exclusive" are not allowed. Additionally, terms like "IMDA Certified," "IMDA Endorsed," or "IMDA Authorised" are strictly prohibited. The correct and only approved terminology to use is "IMDA Pre-Approved."

**Q: Can I feature a testimonial from a PSG-funded client in my marketing?**

**A:** Yes, you may feature testimonials from PSG-funded clients in your marketing materials. However, the testimonial must focus on the client's experience with your solution and should not imply that IMDA or the Government is recommending or endorsing your product. The standard disclaimer that pre-approval does not constitute an endorsement by IMDA must also be included in all such marketing materials
