Learn how to create a submission and saved as draft while you work on other sections concurrently.
Before starting your draft submission, ensure you have completed these prerequisites:
(i) Selected a solution category
(ii) Prepared all required documentation and supporting files
(iii) Gained access to Vendor Management Portal
