[SMEs Go Digital Pre-Approval System](https://schemes.imda.gov.sg/smesgodigital/pages/default.aspx) ("Vendor Management Portal") is a digital platform that enables ICM vendors to:
* Submit applications for pre-approval of their digital solutions
* Track application status
* Manage their pre-approved solutions
* Update solution information
* Submit customer satisfaction surveys
* Access relevant documentation and resources

## Materials to help you get started

Interested to become a pre-approved vendor?
[Submit](https://form.gov.sg/68117f6fa667a54847523fd2) your details to help us know you better. Select the "Tell us more about your company and solution" option.
Starting from 1 October 2025, the [SMEs Go Digital Pre-Approval System](https://schemes.imda.gov.sg/smesgodigital/pages/default.aspx) will be unavailable for:
1. New applications to become a pre-approval vendor
2. Change requests to make changes to existing contract
Please ensure that you submit any applications or change requests before 1 October 2025. Applications and change requests submitted before this date will continue to be processed.
From 1 October onwards, you may register your interest via the link [Registration](https://form.gov.sg/68117f6fa667a54847523fd2) (please select “Tell us more about your company and solution”). We will notify you nearer to the date when the system resumes, for you to submit your applications and change requests.
