* **Expanded Market Access:** Direct exposure to a large base of Singaporean Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) actively seeking digital solutions.
* **Increased Sales Opportunities**: SMEs are encouraged to adopt pre-approved solutions due to eligibility for government grants (e.g., Productivity Solutions Grant, PSG), driving demand for listed solutions.
* **Marketing & Visibility:** Opportunities for vendors to showcase success stories and gain visibility across the platform and other IMDA marketing channels.
* **Streamlined SME Adoption:** The platform simplifies the digital solution discovery and assessment process for SMEs, potentially easing the sales cycle for vendors.

**Q:Can vendors edit, remove or respond to reviews on SMEs Go Digital platform?**\

{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Q: I am unable to locate my solution on the Business Grants Portal (BGP) or SMEs Go Digital Platform. What could be wrong and what should I do?**

**A:** There are a few possible reasons for this. First, your solution may have been delisted due to a suspension or termination — please check your email for any letters of suspension or termination. Second, your solution may be slated to go live at a later date, in which case please check the start date stated in your Letter of Acceptance (LOA). If neither of these apply, there may be a technical issue and we encourage you to reach out to us for assistance.

***

**Q: The content listed on the Business Grants Portal (BGP) or SMEs Go Digital Platform is incorrect. How can I get it corrected?**

**A:** The steps to correct the content will depend on the type of error. If the error is in your company profile, you may update it directly in the VMP under "Company Profile." If the error is in your solution content, please submit a Change Request in the VMP under "Solution Category Requirements." If the error does not fall under either of these categories, please reach out to us via the contact form and we will assist you accordingly.

**Q: Can you help expedite my customer's BGP grant application? Can you help check the status of my client's BGP application? My client's BGP application is not approved — what could be wrong? My client used to be able to procure multiple packages of my pre-approved solution on BGP, but is no longer able to do so. Why?**

**A:** IMDA's role is limited to the pre-approval of solutions for listing on BGP. We do not have visibility into individual BGP grant applications, their statuses, or the procurement process on BGP, and are therefore unable to offer support in these areas. For assistance with any of the above, please get your client to reach out directly to BGP or EnterpriseSG.

***

**Q: Can you direct me to the officer-in-charge of my client's BGP or EDG application? I wish to clarify some matters regarding the grant application.**

**A:** We are unable to assist with this, as our role is limited to the pre-approval of solutions for listing on BGP. We do not have access to BGP or EDG grant applications and are not able to direct you to the relevant officer-in-charge. Please get your client to contact BGP or EnterpriseSG directly for assistance with grant application matters.
