Mtimise manpower resources with the following functions: Automatic recordings of employees' timesheets and availability to facilitate accurate manpower allocation; Tracking of workers' training certification, permits, passports and visas, with additional features to provide notifications for upcoming renewals or expiry dates; Multi-level appraisal system.

1.03	Does your solution provide integration with accounting & finance, business intelligence, human resource functions such as processing payroll, tracking training records, staff appraisal forms, employment contracts, etc.?
1.04	Does your solution monitor worker health status and provide notification of anomalies to higher management?
1.05	Does your solution integrate with third party solution which provide medical/health condition of staffs?
1.06	Does your solution enable workforce scheduling, on-site and/or off site tracking of workforce deployment, work tasks and reporting job status via mobile devices?
1.07🔴	Does your solution track the expiry date of the passport/work permit and set reminder for renewal (e.g. 6 months before expiry)?
1.08	Does your solution provide recommendation on the allocation and assignment of tasks based skillset of the worker?
1.09🔴	Does your solution provide integrated time management system comprising functions such as e-leave, payroll, time and attendance and shift scheduling with generation of labour costing reports?
1.10	Can your solution integrate with other ERP solutions (for instance Accounting & Sales Management, Inventory Management, Project Management, Workforce Management, and/or Fleet Management etc.) or does your solution provide Open APIs that allow 3rd party solutions to integrate with your solution? (If yes, briefly describe the APIs available in the Comment Section or submit a brief write-up together with your checklist submission)
1.11	Does your solution help the firm to automate routine tasks and boost productivity such as handling documentations and/or automating operation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or AI technologies. Example of such features are: - Data Entry -Sending Alerts - Bank Reconciliation - Extract structured or semi-structured data from data sources and/or work instruction documents for use in preparation of reports and/or automated work instructions etc.
1.12	Please comply to the following requirement IF your solution handles or stores Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and/or Sensitive Personal Information (SPI): Has your company engaged a qualified 3rd party to conduct a security vulnerability assessment of your solution in the last 12 months? If you are a reseller of the solution, please verify from your product principal that they have conducted a security vulnerability assessment of their solution by a qualified 3rd party in the last 12 months. If Yes, please indicate the name of the 3rd party assessor and date of the assessment test in the comment field, and also submit the assessment test report as supporting document.
