Asset Monitoring and Management System
Provide an overview of equipment and materials movement to ensure sufficient inventory and meet the demands of ongoing projects. Track the condition of the equipment through an online scheduler and checklists. Provide notifications when maintenance and servicing are required.

Does your solution enable the company to perform the following functions? - setup/edit inventory product details for different item groups (e.g. dimensions, models) with option for multi-dimension measurement (e.g. Height, Length, Breadth, Weight, Circumference, texture) to be included. - setup/ edit various store areas for reference to inventory location (e.g. zones, aisles) - create inventory journal logs to track movement of inventory items (e.g. date, quantity, cost, reserves, movement, location, staff log) - create item price/discount groups - support barcode labelling for RFID product search - setup/ edit warehouse details (e.g. branches) - grants access to all employees for mobile based, web-based and cloud based usage - allows for integration with account management/ POS system/ sales management system? E.g. Delivery Module (Inventory) should be linked to Customer Group (Sales)

Does your solution enable the company to perform the following: - able to create both serialized item and generic items according to companyโs requirements. (e.g. The serialized items and individual assets will have its own maintenance cycle based on their running hours and past work orders history, parts and spare parts attached to it, etc.)

Dashboard and reports Does your solution come with a Dashboard and Reports Module which enables company to perform the following functions? - track overall inventory levels in warehouse(s) - track delivery status by products/customers (e.g., outstanding shipments) - generate inventory turns by finished goods, raw materials, WIP and parts/product - generate inventory aging by days, storage location, product type - generate inventory valuation by product, storage location - generate projected excess inventory - generate projected shortages by product - generate revenue at risk due to shortages - generate inventory incoming vs outgoing (by product, date and overall)

Forecasting Does your solution come with a Forecasting Module which enables company to setup/edit forecast models (e.g. based on inventory levels, trends and base demands)?

Can your solution integrate with other ERP solutions (for instance Accounting & Sales Management, Inventory Management, Project Management, Workforce Management, and/or Fleet Management etc.) or does your solution provide Open APIs that allow 3rd party solutions to integrate with your solution? Does your solution help the firm to automate routine tasks and boost productivity such as handling documentations and/or automating operation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or AI technologies. Example of such features are: - Data Entry -Sending Alerts - Bank Reconciliation - Extract structured or semi-structured data from data sources and/or work instruction documents for use in preparation of reports and/or automated work instructions etc.
