4.24	Does your solution enable the company to perform the following functions? - Grants access to all employees for mobile based, web-based and cloud based usage - Track overall scheduling and generate attendance and overtime reports - Push messages/notifications to employees automatically of own work shift - Prompt/reminds users of scheduling updates
4.25	Does the solution provide an indication that the scheduled worker is permitted to perform the task given? For instance, workers requiring special access ("green access") to work during COVID-19 or whether the worker has the required competency (the relevant certificate or experience) to work on a particular task/job.
4.26	Is the solution capable to track or monitor the number of hours per day a worker has worked consecutively to abide to MOM rules and/or to ensure that a worker is not overworked?
4.27	General Can your solution integrate with other ERP solutions (for instance Accounting & Sales Management, and/or Fleet Management etc.) or does your solution provide Open APIs that allow 3rd party solutions to integrate with your solution? 4.28	Does your solution help the firm to automate routine tasks and boost productivity such as handling documentations and/or automating operation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or AI technologies. Example of such features are: - Data Entry -Sending Alerts - Bank Reconciliation - Extract structured or semi-structured data from data sources and/or work instruction documents for use in preparation of reports and/or automated work instructions etc.
4.29	Please comply to the following requirement IF your solution handles or stores Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and/or Sensitive Personal Information (SPI): Has your company engaged a qualified 3rd party to conduct a security vulnerability assessment of your solution in the last 12 months? If you are a reseller of the solution, please verify from your product principal that they have conducted a security vulnerability assessment of their solution by a qualified 3rd party in the last 12 months. If Yes, please indicate the name of the 3rd party assessor and date of the assessment test in the comment field, and also submit the assessment test report as supporting document.
