Facilitate end-to-end project management and coordination with stakeholders, track budgets with real-time dashboard and reporting, thereby enabling timely decision-making. The solution is interoperable with other solutions such as eProcurement, Materials and Equipment Management solutions.

3.03	Does your solution provide real time monitoring of jobs/projects from end to end with the ability to pull real time reports and check job/project status for both internal and external parties?
3.04	Does your solution provide remote collaboration access for real-time update of the project status to minimise the lapse or delay due to physical constraints?
3.05	Does your solution provide portfolio-wide visibility, that is, present information on resource availability and budget performance for multiple projects at once?
3.06	Does your solution provide advanced collaboration functionality that not only allows team members to connect, but lets them link their social interactions to project tasks and action items (e.g. file sharing, shared calendars and contact lists)?
3.07	Does your solution provide for document management, that is, it lets team members view and edit their project documents in real time, eliminating the need for multiple conflicting versions of critical materials?
3.08	Does your solution allow for project information to be accessible in one place, including but not limited to planned and completed tasks, past and upcoming calendar events, customer data, project resources, expenses and bills sent to clients?

3.11	Does your solution enable the company to perform the following functions? - Grants access to all employees for mobile based, web-based and cloud based usage - Track overall scheduling and generate attendance and overtime reports - Push messages/notifications to employees automatically of own work shift - Prompt/reminds users of scheduling updates
3.12	Does the solution provide an indication that the scheduled worker is permitted to perform the task given? For instance, workers requiring special access ("green access") to work during COVID-19 or whether the worker has the required competency (the relevant certificate or experience) to work on a particular task/job.
3.13	Is the solution capable to track or monitor the number of hours per day a worker has worked consecutively to abide to MOM rules and/or to ensure that a worker is not overworked?
3.14	Can your solution integrate with other ERP solutions (for instance Accounting & Sales Management, Inventory Management, Project Management, Workforce Management, and/or Fleet Management etc.) or does your solution provide Open APIs that allow 3rd party solutions to integrate with your solution? (If yes, briefly describe the APIs available in the Comment Section or submit a brief write-up together with your checklist submission)

3.19	Does your solution enable time billing and invoicing (e.g. for company to track the time spent on tasks, add hourly rates to users and compile invoices according to the work done), which will be automatically sent to selected clients?
3.20	Does your solution allow the user to label/ tag each project under one or more categories for ease of reference/ access to past projects that may be similar in nature?
3.21	Does your solution help the firm to automate routine tasks and boost productivity such as handling documentations and/or automating operation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or AI technologies. Example of such features are: - Data Entry -Sending Alerts - Bank Reconciliation - Extract structured or semi-structured data from data sources and/or work instruction documents for use in preparation of reports and/or automated work instructions etc.
3.22	Please comply to the following requirement IF your solution handles or stores Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and/or Sensitive Personal Information (SPI): Has your company engaged a qualified 3rd party to conduct a security vulnerability assessment of your solution in the last 12 months? If you are a reseller of the solution, please verify from your product principal that they have conducted a security vulnerability assessment of their solution by a qualified 3rd party in the last 12 months. If Yes, please indicate the name of the 3rd party assessor and date of the assessment test in the comment field, and also submit the assessment test report as supporting document.
