Provide the maintenance of pre-school centre operation (e.g. Health & Safety Management, Staff/Student/Asset Management systems) and Finance management (e.g. e-Payment, Invoicing).

1.04🔴	Does your solution contain a Staff Training Management module which provides, but not limited to, the following functionalities: - Training calendar that is integrated with ECDA Prospectus - Staff training application and Training records Management - Management of individual staff training roadmap, portfolio and reflection - Provide training need analysis, identification and implementation of training program
1.05🔴	Does your solution contain a Pupil Personal Record module that provides, but not limited to, the following functionalities: - Management of Pupil Personal Record (include Pupil personal particulars and guardian details) - Management of Pupil Registration and Fee Management - Management of Pupil Health Record, Allergies and Growth Chart (medical certificate, medical condition, medicine). - Management of Infant Care & Growth Chart (infant poop, sleep pattern etc.) - Management of Pupil Attendance and Daily Health Check- Management of Pupil Incident Report and Submission
1.06🔴	Does your solution contain a Pupil Development Plan module that provides, but not limited to, the following functionalities: - Class Allocation and Group Deployment - Pupil Development Roadmap and Progress Report - Pupil Learning Portfolio and Photo Gallery - Integration with additional learning support programme from third parties of ECDA
1.07🔴	Does your solution contain a School Operations Module that provides, but not limited to, the following functionalities: - Web Enquiry (allowing parent to enquire about programme and indicate interest to enrol in the program) - Prospect Follow-up (track enquiry and allow school to follow-up on the enquiry) - Conversion and Enrol (allow school to convert and sign up new pupil into the programme) - Maintenance Planning and Monitoring (e.g. cleaning, pest control, fixtures etc.) - Curriculum Development Framework - Bus Transport Attendance & Temperature Tracking- Visitor Tracking (e.g. sign-in/out time and their temperature)
1.08	Does your solution contain a Purchasing module for the school to order and purchase frequently used items and groceries from a list of pre-selected vendors?
1.09	Does your solution contain an Asset Management module to keep track of the school's asset?
1.10	Does your solution contain a Food Menu Planning and Monitoring module to allow the school to plan a 5-week cycle menu based on Health Promotion Board (HPB) guidelines, and to allow the school to monitor the quality of the food?
1.11	Does your solution contain a Fire Drill Management module that manage fire escape routes plan, fire drill exercises, review of fire extinguishers expiring dates, schedule of fire drill exercises, schedule of fire alarm testing, maintenance schedule of fire equipment etc.?
1.12🔴	Does your solution provide a Hand Foot Mouth Disease (HFMD) Monitoring and Reporting module that allow the school to track incident and generate report for submission to Ministry of Health and ECDA?
1.13🔴	School Web Portal Does your solution contain a Web Portal that allows the school to manage content targeted at the parents? The portal shall support both static and dynamic content, such as: - Publicity and General Announcement (such as upcoming events and programmes) via SMS or Email - School Media Repository, Portfolio and Showcase (such as PDPA consent procedure) - Parents' Handbook, Terms of Reference and Agreements - Real-time attendance and incident notification - Case management and reports - Feedback and E-survey (school can create their own survey questionnaire and collate survey results) - Parent Education Resources and Programme - Allow Parents to login to self-update personal particulars and information about their child

1.15🔴	Regulation Compliance Does your solution keep track of the school registration record and auto-remind the school for licence renewal?
1.16🔴	Does your solution allow the school to prepare the Pre-Visit License Evaluation form?
1.17🔴	Does your solution allow the school to prepare and submit SPARK Standards Self Evaluation and Report to ECDA?
1.18🔴	Does your solution allow for integration with the ECDA Centre Management System via API?
1.19🔴	Has your company engaged a qualified 3rd party to conduct a security vulnerability assessment of your solution in the last 12 months? If you are a reseller of the solution, please verify from your product principal that they have conducted a security vulnerability assessment of their solution by a qualified 3rd party in the last 12 months. If Yes, please indicate the name of the 3rd party assessor and date of the assessment test in the comment field, and also submit the assessment test report as supporting document. Note: [1] Qualified 3rd party include assessors appointed under IMDA GoSecure Programme; Cybersecurity companies accredited under Accreditation@SGD Programme; and CREST-Certified Companies or companies with equivalent certifications.
