5.02🔴	Child Development Does your solution allow data mining and analytics for the following domains of child development through the use of evaluation checklists and include, but not limited to: a) Language and Literacy (EL and MTL) - Ability to listen and read for information and enjoyment, speak to convey meaning and communicate etc b) Numeracy - Recognise and use simple relationships and patterns, use numbers in daily experiences etc c) Discovery of the World - Show an interest in the world, finding out why things happened and how things work etc d) Aesthetics and Creative expression - Enjoy and express ideas and feelings through art, music and movement etc e) Health, Safety and Motor skills Development - Gross and fine motor skills, space, effort and relationship awareness etc f) Values, Learning Dispositions, Social and Emotional Development - understanding emotions and communicating emotions, sense of self and ability to self regulate, building positive relationships which are the basis for development and learning etc g) Physical health / growth - height, weight etc
5.03🔴	Does your solution allow operators to aggregate data from every child across all domains in each class to track the average development progress? a) If applicable, does it track and monitor a class' progress in specific areas against the National Health Booklet benchmarks?
5.04🔴	Does your solution allow operators to incorporate new checklists items or data points and make amendments to existing ones which are specific to children's demographics or the operator's pedagogy or specific programmes?
5.05	Does your solution recognise the categorisation of documentation such as photos of children at least in the domains mentioned-above? a) If applicable, allow customisation of categories on preschool's request.
5.06	Does your solution allow user to provide inputs and set goals for each child?
5.07	Does your solution include various user roles (e.g. Educator, Centre leader, Principal, Learning Support Educator etc) with varying levels of access to data and analysis of dashboards (i.e. different levels of transparency/visibility of information when photos, assessment/inputs and recommendations are posted?)
5.08	Does your solution create individual profiles for each child / allow personalised approach for every child's development?
5.09	Does your solution pick up common keywords based on the assessment made and provide initial recommendations based on it?
5.10🔴	Dashboards and Reports Does your solution allow the user to present the analytics/reports of each evaluation checklist/domain in different formats (for e.g. graphs and tabular format)? a) Does your solution allow the export of selected graphs/ tables/ charts to be shared with parents? b) Does your solution analyse the individual child's progress against the class' performance to identify areas for additional attention and assistance?
5.11🔴	Technical requirements a) Does your solution have the capability to import, clean and prepare data for data analysis?
5.12	b) Does your solution provide connector/prebuilt interface or integration tools to integrate with other enterprise applications? The interface protocol shall be using secured FTP (SFTP) setup via batch file transfer or web services/ application programming interface (API). For near real-time and real-time interfaces between systems, web services/API shall be used as the mode of interface
5.13	c) Does your solution include offering support services to support preschools on the above requirements such as technical support, etc?
5.14	d) Is your solution currently integrated with the pre-schools’ existing IT systems? (If yes, briefly describe the integrations currently available with the pre-schools' IT systems in the Comment Section or submit a brief write-up together with your checklist submission)
5.15🔴	Has your company engaged a qualified 3rd party to conduct a security vulnerability assessment of your solution in the last 12 months? If you are a reseller of the solution, please verify from your product principal that they have conducted a security vulnerability assessment of their solution by a qualified 3rd party in the last 12 months. If Yes, please indicate the name of the 3rd party assessor and date of the assessment test in the comment field, and also submit the assessment test report as supporting document. Note: [1] Qualified 3rd party include assessors appointed under IMDA GoSecure Programme; Cybersecurity companies accredited under Accreditation@SGD Programme; and CREST-Certified Companies or companies with equivalent certifications.
