# Guide to Updating Pre-Approved Solutions Lockup

**Important Update:** Effective 2 March 2026, the "CTO-as-a-Service" platform has been consolidated under the SMEs Go Digital brand. All pre-approved vendors must update their marketing materials with the new IMDA Pre-Approved Solution lockup by **31 March 2026, 12pm**.

**Compulsory Action Required:** Every vendor must either update their materials with the new lockup OR submit a declaration confirming they do not use any lockup materials. No exceptions.

**Deadline:** 31 March 2026, 12pm

**Consequence:** Non-compliance may result in <mark style="color:$danger;">**suspension or termination**</mark> from the programme as per Terms and Conditions clause 10.1e.

### Step 1: Conduct Marketing Asset Audit

Review all your marketing collaterals to identify materials using the old "CTO-as-a-Service" lockup, including:

* Printed flyers and brochures
* Website banners and graphics
* Digital advertisements
* Email signatures
* Social media assets
* Presentation templates
* Any other promotional materials

### Step 2: Identify Marketing Assets that use the old banner

**For Physical Materials:**

* Stop distribution immediately
* Arrange for proper disposal (recycling or destruction)
* **Before printing new physical assets:** If you require a compliance check before printing, please send us a request at <smesgodigital_comms@imda.gov.sg>

**For Digital Assets: (Go to Step 3)**

* Prepare to replace with new lockup
* Create a backup of current materials if needed
* Schedule updates across all digital platforms

Unpack and review all files thoroughly before implementation.

### Step 4: Replace Lockup and Verify UTM

* Replace the old lockup with the new IMDA Pre-Approved Solution lockup
* Ensure your unique UTM link is correctly implemented
* Test all updated materials to ensure proper display and functionality

### Step 5: Submit Compliance Declaration

Complete the [Vendor Compliance Declaration Form ](https://form.gov.sg/698d92e9d362ebb5c91e02c7) by 31 March 2026, 12 pm to confirm that you have made the changes and your adherence to the new brand guidelines.
