How to make changes to the Company Information?
To ensure that the following company information is kept current and accurate at all times: Free Trial Availability, Website URL to Register for Free Trial, Demo Availability, Website URL to Register for Demo, as well as your Support Services and Billing Information. Outdated information in these fields may affect your customers' ability to reach you or access your solution effectively.
Make necessary changes to the Company Information

The following fields can be edited directly without submitting a Change Request for approval via Edit button:
Free trial availability
Website URL to register for free trial
Demo availability
Website URL to register for demo
Support Services and Billing Information
Please note that for the field 'Does your company offer a minimum 8 hours x 5 weekdays of post-sales support via on-site/teleconference, and are you reachable 24/7 via email or contact form?', you cannot save your form if you select 'No', as this is a mandatory requirement
Understand how the other fields work
These are fields that will automatically update based on official government records from ACRA. The system synchronises with ACRA databases to ensure your company information remains current and compliant with official records. When updates occur, you will receive notifications about any changes made to your profile.
UEN This field is never updated. If you plan to change your company structure (e.g., from LLP to Pte Ltd), please read about the UEN or Company Name Change Process
Incorporation Date This field is never updated automatically and remains as originally entered.
Registered Company Name This field is updated automatically each time you log in. If IMDA updates your company name based on ACRA records, you will receive an automatic notification about the change. Read about UEN or Company Name Change Process
Company Address This field is updated automatically once a week. If IMDA updates your company address based on ACRA records, you will receive an automatic notification about the change.
Company Director Name and Designation These fields are updated automatically once a week, you will receive a notification if the director has been changed or removed from records and needs an urgent update. How to make changes to the Point of Contact?
If an employee who is currently listed as a contact for your Pre-Approval account changes their role and is no longer handling Pre-Approval matters, or if they leave the organisation, please ensure that their details are promptly updated in the system. This helps to ensure that all communications and notifications reach the right personnel without disruption.
Press Save Changes
Any updates made to your account will be applied immediately. Do note that prior to sending out any EDMs to vendors, we will always extract the latest contact and company information from the system. It is therefore important that your details are kept up to date to ensure you do not miss any important communications.
