πHow to submit a Flexi-CR
Click on E. Pricing and Packages and state the Reason for Change
If you need to make changes to your pricing or packages, please follow the guidance here.
Please take note:
As this is a mandatory exercise for all vendors, a high volume of Change Requests is expected. To facilitate timely approval by October 2026, please limit your changes to the minimum necessary β for example, refrain from adjusting prices or introducing new features.

Make changes to all your package(s)
A) Review and update all your packages by identifying the variable cost items within each
Note: Only previously approved components from your current approved packages may be used.
B) Decide how many base package(s) to retain
Note: Delete other packages if the flexible components can cater to 1 base package
C) Select the new pre-defined UOM for all your rows
As a reminder, please refrain from adding new features, components, or modules, and avoid adjusting rates or pricing, to ensure a smooth approval process.
Select Add Variable Cost Item and map to the Package Configuration
Using the previously approved components and pricings, replicate the exact components as cost items, up to 5 only.
It is recommended that you set a reasonable quantity cap β for instance, if your largest HRMS package supports 150 users, the maximum quantity should be set at 150. Similarly, if implementation requires 5 mandays for 150 users, the maximum quantity should be capped at 5
Select the Package(s) that apply to the Variable Cost Item.

If you do not have an existing package component in your Packages you will not be able to add it in.
E.g If you are adding Training in your Variable Cost Item, you would need to already have this available in at least one of your Packages.
Examples of potential packages for the Flexi Structure
Example 1: HRMS
Currently, if you have 5 packages under the HRMS category β each varying in employee size, professional services, and training β the Flexi Structure allows you to simplify this setup.
You may delete 4 packages and retain 1 base package.
The base package should contain the minimum requirements for license, professional services, and training.
License, professional services, and training can then be created as Variable Cost Items to accommodate varying needs.
Q: My solution's global pricing has increased and I need to raise the price during the Flexi-CR exercise. Is this permitted and will it affect the timeline?
A: Yes, this is permitted. If there is an urgent need to revise your pricing, you will be required to provide supporting documents to justify the price increase. Please be aware that price changes are considered complex and will take longer to process than a standard Flexi-CR submission.
Should the review require multiple rounds of clarification β for instance, due to insufficient justification or other reasons β there is a risk that your solution may not be ready in time for the EDGE launch. Once EDGE has launched, your customers will be unable to procure your existing packages while the change is still pending approval. We therefore strongly encourage you to carefully consider the timing and necessity of any price adjustments before proceeding.
Q: I intend to include an AI module in my packages during the Flexi-CR exercise. Will this affect the approval timeline?
A: Yes, including an AI module is considered a complex change and will affect the approval timeline. This is because the addition of an AI module will require a technical demonstration as well as invoice verification to validate the pricing. As with other complex changes, this may involve multiple rounds of clarification, which could prolong the review process.
Should the review not be completed in time, there is a risk that your solution may not be ready for the EDGE launch, and your customers will be unable to procure your packages while the change is still pending approval. We therefore encourage you to carefully consider whether the inclusion of an AI module is necessary during the Flexi-CR exercise, or whether it can be submitted as a separate Change Request after the EDGE launch.
Q: I do not wish to incorporate any Variable Cost Items in the Flexi-CR exercise. Do I still need to submit a Change Request?
A: Yes, the Flexi-CR submission is mandatory for all pre-approved vendors regardless of whether you intend to include Variable Cost Items as your solution will be delisted if you did not submit a change request. If you do not wish to incorporate any, you will still need to submit the Change Request to update the UOM.
Q: If I create a brand new item in Variable Cost Items during the Flexi-CR exercise, such as a new module, a new professional service, or a new licence, is this considered a complex change?
A: Yes, adding any new items during the Flexi-CR exercise is considered a complex change. The standard Flexi-CR process is intended only for replicating your previously approved components and pricing as Variable Cost Items β any new components, modules, professional services, or licences that were not part of your previously approved solution will be treated as a complex change.
As with other complex changes, this may require additional verification and multiple rounds of clarification, which could prolong the review process. Should the review not be completed in time, there is a risk that your solution may not be ready for the EDGE launch, and your customers will be unable to procure your packages while the change is still pending approval. We encourage you to consider whether new items can be submitted as a separate Change Request after the EDGE launch instead.
